Who we are

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Aathirai Ethnics (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Product photos and descriptions are shown as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly on different screens. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot verify the order. If that happens we will refund any amount already paid.

Payments

Checkout is processed through Cashfree / PhonePe / Razorpay Payments. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on this website.

Shipping

We currently ship within India. Within Tamil Nadu: ₹70 for 1–2 dresses, ₹120 for 3–4, ₹200 for 5 or more. Rest of India: ₹120 for 1–2 dresses, ₹200 for 3–4, ₹250 for 5 or more.

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically reach you within 4–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect address details are outside our control. Please check the shipping address before you pay.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, unused items, or different size/colour preferences where the product supplied matches the order.

If we send the wrong product, or the product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number within 7 days of delivery and send a video of the parcel being opened. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Use of this website

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our product photos and copy for your own store. Account email and password are for you only.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for delays once a parcel is with the courier. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
