How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically reach you within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
What is your shipping policy?
Within Tamil Nadu: ₹70 for 1–2 dresses, ₹120 for 3–4, ₹200 for 5 or more. Rest of India: ₹120 for 1–2 dresses, ₹200 for 3–4, ₹250 for 5 or more. Message us on WhatsApp with your pincode if you want an exact estimate.
Do you offer unstitched material?
Yes — our Unstitched collection ships as fabric sets so you can tailor the perfect fit. Measurements and fabric details are on each product page.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, unused items, or different size/colour preferences where the product supplied matches the order. If we send the wrong product, or the product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number within 7 days of delivery and send a video of the parcel being opened. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you are unsure or between sizes, send us your measurements on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will help you pick.
